Coming 2024, Foundations will be offering the Ascent™ Universal Changing Table.

At Foundations, our mission is to make everyone feel welcome, which is why in 2018, we began research and engineering of an actuated universal changing station. After a shift in product development to focus on care products demanded for Covid, the engineering process began again. At this time, Foundations was able to design the unit around the current and most updated needs of the market, creating the new Ascent Universal Changing Table.

The Ascent is engineered, manufactured, and warranty serviced in the US, and was designed to meet the specifications set forth in the International Building Code.

• Overall table surface size: 76.6" x 34.75"
• Usable tray size: 70.5" x 30.125"
• Automated height adjustability range: 16" to 39"
• Supports up to 500 lbs.
• Includes a limited 5-year warranty

Universal changing tables are designed to accommodate an adult-sized person, or anyone with special needs, who requires an accessible changing station.
