SAFETY
At Foundations®, safety of children is our first priority. We apply every resource at our disposal to make our products the safest they can be. Our products meet or exceed all applicable CPSC, ASTM and JPMA safety standards including the new ASTM F 2710 Commercial Crib Standard. Where appropriate, our products pass flammability standard CFR 1633 and are phthalate free to conform to the new CPSIA Federal regulation and meet the requirements of the new 2009 California Air Resources Board standard for formaldehyde emissions. Many products are also offered in versions that meet the European, Asian, Latin American, Canadian and other regional safety and language standards.

From packaging that is produced from renewable resources to the materials and practices employed in manufacturing our products, Foundations® considers environmental impact a top priority in every aspect of our supply chain. Foundations® uses only solid hardwood harvested from renewable resources and will not use threatened wood species from the world’s rain forests or other sources that contribute to deforestation.
