As long as your item is new, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and materials, you can return your purchase using your carrier of choice for a full refund within 365 days of the purchase date! Simply contact our customer service center to receive a return authorization number. We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation as we are not liable for returned packages until they are verified to be in our possession.
Upon receipt of return, we will inspect your return to ensure that it abides by our return policy. Once this is verified we will issue a refund for the full purchase price via the form of payment used in the original transaction. This process can take up to 4 weeks after we receive your return. All returns received that do not abide by our return policy will be held until the customer sends us a prepaid label to return the merchandise to them. This typically applies to used merchandise.

Foundations offers FREE FedEx Ground shipping on all products ordered online shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Alaska and Hawaii orders are charged for shipping. Orders can not ship to a P.O Box.
At this time we do not offer shipping to Canada or any location outside the United States including APO/FPO addresses.
When your order ships you will receive a tracking number that will enable you to check the status of your shipment.
No sales tax on orders, with the exception of orders shipping to Ohio. Orders shipping to Ohio will be charged 6.75% sales tax
Most orders ship within 24 hours of submission (excluding weekends and holidays).
