Compliance Certificates

Section 102 of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) requires that we make available Product Compliance Certificates. This can be done electronically on our website. If you are a current customer, your password to access the certificates has been provided. If you have not received the password and are in need of a certificate, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-716-2757 (in continental US) or at 330-722-5033 (outside US).
